It is critical that you should not neglect your mobile device; older versions of the device might cause numerous functionalities to stop working.

  • Hit the Backup and Reset buttons.
  • Locate the Reset Factory Data option.

With CIT, you can rule out hardware issues.

The CIT is a hidden menu that allows us to determine if the camera hardware or other components are failing. You must do the following to rule out these issues:

  • Go to the Settings page.
  • Select “About the Phone” from the drop-down menu.
  • Select “All specs” from the menu.
  • Kernel version” should be tapped five times.

Check the number of touches required to input the CIT on the screen. When you are in the menu, you will see a list of all of the mobile’s components.

Continue with the CIT menu, looking for Master Back Camera (primary lens), Vice Back Camera (secondary lens), and Aux Back Camera (leftover lenses), then clicking on each one to inspect the flaws.

If the component is in good working order, press OK, and “Pass” will show in green, indicating that there is no problem.

If you still can’t handle the camera after conducting this test, it’s best to take it in for technical help.
